1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer surprise boxes containing natural toys and treats for dogs and cats, carefully selected for their quality and safety.


2. How does the PapattesBox subscription work?

You choose a subscription plan (quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Each month, you'll receive a surprise box tailored to your pet. You can modify or cancel your subscription according to the conditions indicated.


3. When will I receive my box?

Subscription boxes are shipped around the 10th of each month and you typically receive them around the 15th. For one-time purchases, delivery is within 5 business days.


4. What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free for all boxes in mainland France.


5. Can I cancel or suspend my subscription?

Yes, you can change, suspend, or cancel your subscription at the end of the initial commitment period. Before that, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the first box has not been opened.


6. Can I choose the products in the box?

The boxes are designed around a theme and contain a surprise selection of toys and treats. You can't choose the products individually, but each box is designed to please your pet.


7. What if I am not satisfied?

If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to satisfy you or offer you a refund depending on the conditions.


8. How do I track my order?

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email to track the delivery of your package.


9. Are the treats suitable for all dogs and cats?

Our treats are natural, without additives or preservatives, suitable for the majority of dogs and cats. However, we do not recommend giving these treats to puppies under 3 months old . In case of allergies or specific diets, please consult your veterinarian.
